What is the PTO?
Luckiamute Valley Charter Schools Parent Teacher Organization is an independent, nonprofit organization serving the students, teachers, and families of Luckiamute Valley Charter School. Any Parent, grandparent or guardians and all teachers of LVCS students Pre-K thru 8th grade are members of PTO and membership is free.
What does PTO do?
PTO supports LVCS students, teachers, and families by funding field trips, sponsoring events, and volunteering at the school. We hold a variety of fundraisers, such as Jog-a-Thon, pie sales, and the Annual Auction. These activities help to defray costs associated with field trips, classroom supplies, and special activities.
Who benefits from the PTO?
LVCS students, teachers, and families benefit from PTO programs and services. The PTO strengthens the school and allows the school to provide an excellent education for all students.
When does the PTO have meetings?
PTO meetings are held the first Monday of the month at Bridgeport School at 3:15 p.m.
