LVCS was one of 426 schools in Oregon to be awarded the “Outstanding School” designation for the 2009-10 school year. We view this award as the result of a Total Team effort between our staff, students, parents, and School Board.

No School for students on Monday, Jan. 3rd.
We currently have openings in grades 1, 4, 6, and 7.
The annual LVCS Auction is set for April 1, 2011 – mark your calendars!
Immunization deadline set for Feb. 16, 2011. Make sure your child’s immunization record is complete and current.
2^nd Movie and Popcorn night was another big success with 92 people showing up to choose between 4 different movies on our new large Active Boards
Canned Food Drive ends Thursday 12-17-10.

As we welcome 2011 we are excited to introduce you to our new website! We have developed the new Luckiamute Valley Charter School website with two major goals in mind: 1. To tell the world about all of the great things that happen here at LVCS and 2. To create a quick, easy and useful resource where the parents, staff and teachers of LVCS can easily get the information they seek.

In general, the part of the website that will be updated most often is this section, the “Current News” section, but please take a look around the site to see the other resources that are available here.
